Gaily Warren has thirty years experience in the physiology of exercise. She has worked as a teacher with the Dade County School District in Miami, FL, the Palm Beach County School District in West Palm Beach, FL, and as an adjunct professor with Florida International University in Miami, FL.
Gaily has a diverse background working with special needs children, young adults, alzheimers patients, challenged adults and older, active adults. She has also managed corporate fitness centers and has operated her business, Exercise Daily With Gaily.
Gaily has written articles for retirement facilities, has been featured on local television, national radio and has authored The Fifty Minute Workout For People Over Fifty. She is certified with the American Red Cross in Water Safety, the Cooper Institute of Aerobic Research and Gerontology. Gaily is a member of the International Dance Exercise Association and the Aquatic Exercise Association.
